1. Information we collect

Account information: first name, last name, email address, phone number and the Customer ID generated by our system.
Request information: customer address, auction house name, invoice number, uploaded invoice file, description of items, pickup address, drop-off address and whether insurance was requested.
2. How we use information
To review and coordinate your delivery request, to communicate with you about it, and to keep records of requests submitted through your account.
3. Access and storage
Customer accounts can only access their own profile, requests and uploaded invoices. Uploaded invoice files are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
Authorized Speedway Delivery administrators can access customer records in order to process requests.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with parties involved in completing your delivery, such as an auction house releasing your item, only as needed to carry out the request.
