2. Using the portal
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and when submitting a delivery request.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity submitted through your account.
3. Requests are not automatically accepted
Submitting a delivery request creates a request only. Speedway Delivery reviews each request and will contact you regarding next steps, arrangements and any applicable charges.
No delivery date, timeline or price is promised by the act of submitting a request.
4. Auction house arrangements
Pickup depends on the auction house releasing the item and on the release conditions the auction house sets. Speedway Delivery does not control auction house policies, release windows or storage fees.
